UTAH IP Address Based Copyright Infringement Lawsuits
ME2 Productions lawsuits predominate the Utah courts as of July, 2017. Todd Zenger of KIRTON MCCONKIE appears to be the only plaintiff attorney filing the lawsuits. He appears to be asking for $4,900 for the download of the Mechanic:Resurrection movie, and if his “deadline” passes, expect another settlement letter asking for $7,500. These are obviously negotiable with an attorney.
Our Cashman Law Firm, PLLC first wrote about the ME2 Utah cases back in April of 2017 when Todd Zenger first started suing defendants.
