To date, there are actually 23 Raw Films, Ltd. v. various Does cases. I wanted to point out that they started out using Jeffrey Simpson in Ohio, and now they seem to have branched out to the Lipscomb group, for whom Jason Kotzker, Adam Silverstein, Jon Hoppe, (and many others) are local counsel. Each local counsel is given authority to file his own lawsuits and is given incentive to name as many defendants as they need to in order to keep up their racket (using this term loosely) of influencing defendants to settle or pay to fight. No doubt this angers many people.
