Reading this over, I just wanted to make a comment that the SBO Pictures, Inc. copyright infringement cases are just like all the other copyright troll cases. They are filed by the same sets of attorneys using the same templates. They are also all handled the same way, whether you wish to fight them, wait and see, or settle. Obviously settling is a last option, and a few stars need to be aligned before this becomes a good idea.
Any news on this? I got the letter, in PA, and am considering paying the $200.
The SBO Pictures, Inc. and the so-called “Plaintiff” you received in your DMCA “scare” letter are one and the same. The posts listed here reference the lawsuits.
